Background
Jake was born and raised in Waterford, PA. He graduated from Fort LeBoeuf High School in 1983 and enlisted in the US Navy Seals. After being honorably discharged and completing his enlistment in 1989. He worked in the Oil and Gas Industry and on his farm until the attack on 9/11. He then went to work as a Security Specialist for the Department of Defense and Central Intelligence Agency working in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Middle Eastern Areas of Operations with his company Banta Security LLC. Jake also worked for Trident Group as a Maritime Security Specialist for over a decade in the Red Sea, Arabian Sea, Strait of Hormuz and the Indian Ocean. He also worked in Central America.
Music is my Passion.
Jake is a national recording artist and has toured and shared the stage with many stars such as B.B. King, Bo Diddley, Buddy Guy, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Ted Nugent, Foreigner, Koko Taylor and Lonnie Mack to name a few. He was honored to be able to record with his heroes as well, Double Trouble of Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble. He still performs locally.
Family Life
Jake is a proud husband, father of three, and grandpa to two grandchildren. When he does have free time, he spends his days making music, farming and hunting.
